The course relates to the exposure of INTERNATIONAL SPORT LAW. It will be dealt with the study of the principal institutes of sport law, with respect to international, European and national legislative framework.
Knowledge and understanding. The course aims to provide useful knowledge to understand the main aspects of the regulatory framework relating to the sports sector.
Through the study of these issues the student will be able to understand the dynamics of the relationships between the various subjects operating in the context of the international sports organization.
Ability to apply knowledge and understanding. The course, also through the analysis of legislative texts and jurisdictional decisions, is aimed at providing tools for analysis and evaluation of the application of the different legal institutions of sports law.
Making judgments: Through the study of the different themes and the related application hypotheses, the student will be able to improve his / her ability to judge and make proposals in relation to the dynamics of the relationships between the various subjects operating in the context of the international sports organization.
Communication skills. The presentation of the theoretical and application profiles of the international sport law will be carried out in such a way as to allow the acquisition of mastery of a technical language and a suitable specialized terminology; the development of communication skills, both oral and written, will also be stimulated through class discussion and participation in seminar activities.
Learning ability. Learning skills will be stimulated through classroom discussion, also aimed at verifying the effective understanding of the topics covered. The ability to learn will also be stimulated by supplementary didactic supports (normative texts, jurisdictional decisions, opinions and doctrine articles) in order to develop the application skills.
